"Tarcia and her staff have been very kind and courteous in my interactions with them. But results have been sub par. I asked Tarcia to have a family member removed from my car insurance on October 24th. She dropped the ball on that and when I spoke with one of her staff, the process had to be initiated again around November 13th, when I was told it would need to go through underwriting and would take a couple of days. A couple of days later they did have my new home insurance ready so I paid for it, but was told it would take another couple of days to remove the family person from our auto insurance. Then today, November 20th, I was just told that underwriting still had it and wouldn’t be finished with it until sometime between November 27th and December 2nd (the renewal date for my policy). I called bs on that and told them to have it by tomorrow. It’s literally a couple of mouse clicks for someone to complete that. I guarantee another agency would have me a new policy really quick. This isn’t my first simple request of Tarcia’s agency that they have fumbled. God forbid if I actually had a claim they had to work."
