"I am literally JUST hanging up with Mrs. Troup herself after beginning my policy with the agency a little over a week ago.
This agency is an absolutely wonderful team to work with - from the receptionist, Ms. Kendra, to the agent that worked with me, Ms. Lola, all the way to the owner herself. I was able to get the best rate with State Farm from any other insurance agency, while bundling my auto, renters, and life insurance. Ms. Lola helped to make sure all of those were covered and that I recieved all of the discounts possible. While the underwriting for the renters policy was a little rocky, the office communicated with me and reassured me that they would do what they could to sort the issue out. I had to send an email and make a phone call myself, but each was greeted with warmth and support. I hope that I can keep my policy with the Tarcia Troup State Farm Agency for the length of my time and that we continue to kindle warm (and fervent) communication.
